We do not collect any personally identifiable information (PII) from users.
We only request:
- Storage Permission – Required to save caption images to your device when you choose to download them.
- Internet Connection – Needed to load caption data from Firebase in real time.
At present, we do not collect or store any personal or sensitive user data.
How We Use These Permissions
- Storage Permission: To allow users to download and save caption images.
- Internet Access: To fetch and display caption data hosted on Firebase.
No other permissions are requested or used.
Third-Party Services and Future Ads
Currently, Bangla Caption does not use any third-party services such as advertising SDKs or analytics tools.
However, in the future, we may integrate Google AdMob or other advertising platforms to support the app. In that case:
- Ads may collect limited, non-personal device data (e.g., advertising ID, device type).
- All ad networks will comply with applicable privacy and data protection laws.
- Users will be notified, and this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.
Children’s Privacy
Our app is not directed to children under 13 years old. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If a parent or guardian believes their child has provided any personal information, they should contact us, and we will immediately remove the data.
Data Security
Since we do not collect any personal information, your privacy is protected by default. All caption content is served through secure Firebase servers.
In the event of future ad integration, user data will be handled in accordance with Google Play policies and industry standards.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted within the app or in this document, with the “Effective Date” updated at the top.
